My career has been defined by a singular thread: understanding people deeply and designing experiences that empower them. From navigating cultural nuances at 30,000 feet to crafting digital products that solve real problems, I've learned that the most impactful work happens when empathy meets intentional design. Each role has strengthened my ability to translate complex ideas into accessible, engaging experiences—a skill that now fuels my passion for performance-based learning design.

Case Study 2
What I designed: an offline-friendly reading journey
For children in remote areas, I designed a structured reading app experience, prioritizing offline access and multilingual support to foster continuous learning.
Choose Language
Learners select their preferred language (Thai, Burmese, or English) for immediate comprehension.
Pick a Level or Book
Easy entry points allow children to choose content appropriate for their reading level or interest.
Track Progress
Visual progress indicators motivate children and provide a sense of accomplishment, encouraging continued engagement.
Return and Continue
The app intelligently saves progress, allowing children to effortlessly pick up exactly where they left off.
Key Design Decisions
Offline-First
All content and features are fully functional without an internet connection, enabling learning anywhere.
Multilingual Clarity
Language selection is always accessible and prominently displayed, supporting diverse learners seamlessly.
Low-Friction UX
Designed for ease of use on shared devices and for short, focused learning sessions without frustration.
This structured approach, coupled with thoughtful design decisions, significantly reduced confusion and made the learning experience more consistent and accessible for children.

Tailored Pathway
Based on the assessment, the platform recommends relevant topics and a custom learning sequence, avoiding irrelevant information.
Learn in Small Chunks
Complex tax concepts are broken down into simple explanations with relatable examples, making them easy to digest.
Take Action
Practical templates, checklists, and clear next-step guidance empower learners to confidently complete their tax obligations.
Key Design Decisions
Progressive Disclosure
Information is revealed only when needed, preventing cognitive overload and reducing intimidation.
Plain Language
Technical tax jargon is translated into everyday wording and real-world examples, making it accessible to everyone.
